Olympic precision, applied to software.

Targeted Labs designs, builds and grows apps for iPhone, iPad, Apple Watch and Mac, from the backend to the App Store.

Founded by a Rio 2016 Olympian. Shipping on the App Store since 2019.

Apps we design, build and grow

Our own products are where every idea gets tested before it reaches a client's app. They're live on the App Store, used every day.

iPhone, iPad

Turn any ticket, boarding pass or loyalty card into a real Apple Wallet pass.

Walletsmith reads a PDF, a photo or a barcode and builds a pass that lives in Apple Wallet, with the right design, fields and reminders. It's our own product, designed, built, run and marketed end to end.

What we built

  • SwiftUI app for iPhone and iPad
  • Pass creation with Apple Intelligence and Private Cloud Compute
  • Siri, Shortcuts, widgets, Control Center and Spotlight integration
  • Node.js backend that signs and updates Wallet passes, on Kubernetes
  • App Store optimization and localization in 10 languages

iPhone, Apple Watch

Archery workouts on Apple Watch, with shot-by-shot motion analysis.

Built by an Olympic archer for archers. ArrowSense records every session from the wrist, counts it towards your Activity rings and turns the motion of each shot into data you can study.

What we built

  • Workout app for Apple Watch with an iPhone companion
  • HealthKit integration: heart rate, calories and Activity rings
  • High-frequency motion capture and charts with Core Motion
  • A motion dataset for machine-learning shot detection

iOS app development, end to end

One small, senior team for the whole journey: product, design, engineering, backend and growth. No hand-offs, nothing lost between them.

  • Apps for every Apple platform

Native apps for iPhone, iPad, Apple Watch, Mac and Vision Pro, written in Swift and SwiftUI. Designed to feel like they shipped with the device.

  • Deep system integration

The details that make an app part of people's day: widgets, Live Activities, Siri and Shortcuts, Apple Wallet, HealthKit and more.

  • AI that earns its place

On-device intelligence with Apple's Foundation Models and Core ML, and server-side language models where they're the better fit. Private by default, useful from the first tap.

Trained for the ten

Archery shaped the way I work. I spent sixteen years training to hit the center of the target, and I bring the same discipline to every app we build.

I picked up a bow at eleven in Madrid. I won three European titles as a junior and, as a senior, shot for Spain around the world, all the way to the Rio 2016 Olympic Games, where I finished ninth. Along the way, I earned a degree in telecommunication engineering from the Universidad Politécnica de Madrid.

What archery taught me about building apps

A routine that holds under pressure
In a final you don't rise to the occasion; you fall back on your routine. We build that routine into every project with automated tests, code reviews and release checklists, so launch day feels like any other day.
Every arrow is feedback
Each arrow shows you exactly where you stand, so you make a small correction and shoot again. We ship in small steps and measure what happens, from analytics to crash reports and App Store reviews, so each release lands closer to the center.
Millimeters decide medals
At 70 meters, a millimeter at the bow can be the difference between a ten and a nine. In an app, the millimeters are animations, edge cases, accessibility and copy, and they get the same care as the headline feature.
A team event
My biggest senior medals came in team events, where three archers share one clock and one score. Building an app with a client works the same way: shared goals, honest communication and nobody shooting alone.

Good enough is a miss. At Targeted Labs we build every app the way I trained: with a clear target, relentless practice and no detail left to chance.

Questions, answered

Can you build my app from idea to App Store?

Yes. We define the product with you, design it, build the app and its backend, publish it on the App Store and help it grow afterwards. You can also bring us in for one part, such as an existing app that needs a new feature.

Which platforms do you develop for?

Apple platforms: iPhone, iPad, Apple Watch, Mac and Vision Pro, using native Swift and SwiftUI. For the server side we build APIs and infrastructure in Node.js and TypeScript.

Can you add AI features to an existing app?

Yes. We add features such as document understanding, smart suggestions and natural-language actions, using on-device Apple Intelligence where possible and cloud models where they are needed.

How does a project start?

Send us a message with what you have in mind. We'll reply with questions, then propose scope, timeline and cost before any work begins.

Tell us about your app

A new idea, an app that needs to grow, or a feature you can't find the right team for. Write a few lines and we'll reply personally.
