This website collects as little personal data as possible. This page explains what we collect, why, and what you can do about it.

Who is responsible

Messages you send us

When you use the contact form, we receive your name, email address, company (if you give it) and your message. We use them only to reply to you and to discuss the project you describe. The legal basis is your request to be contacted and the steps we take before a possible contract.

We keep these messages for as long as the conversation is active and for up to two years afterwards, unless they become part of a contract, in which case the law may require us to keep them longer.

Cookies

We use a single functional cookie, tl_locale, which remembers the language you chose. It contains no personal data and is never used for tracking. We don't use analytics or advertising cookies.

Server logs

Like any web server, ours briefly records technical data such as IP addresses and requested pages, to keep the site secure and working. These logs are deleted automatically.

Who else sees your data

We don't sell or share your data. It is processed only by the providers that host this website and deliver our email, under data processing agreements.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to its use, or to receive it in a portable format, by writing to admin@targeted-labs.com. You can also file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
